Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TinMapper ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TinMapper ("we," "us," or "our"). We may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Description of Service

TinMapper is an AI-powered travel planning application that helps users:

  • Create personalized trip itineraries based on preferences
  • Discover restaurants, bars, attractions, and activities
  • Plan pub crawls, matchday experiences, and special occasions
  • Chat with an AI assistant for travel recommendations
  • Visualize trips on interactive maps

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using:

  • Sign in with Apple
  • Sign in with Google

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription & Payments

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription rate.

Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select TinMapper
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier with limited features.

Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your previous purchases:

  1. Open TinMapper and navigate to the Subscription page
  2. Tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
  • Share or distribute copyrighted content without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

TinMapper uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate trip itineraries and recommendations. Please be aware that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information
  • Business hours, prices, and availability may change without notice
  • We recommend verifying critical information before your trip
  • AI recommendations are suggestions only and should not replace your own judgment
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from following AI recommendations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of TinMapper and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Behavior that harms other users or the App

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
